Here at Global Custom Commerce one of our core values is to “Experiment Without Fear of Failure”. We certainly lived that value over the last eight years as we evolved our traditional development methodologies to agile and scaled up from a single small team of four within a mid-sized e-commerce retailer to over ten agile teams driving innovation across multiple product categories both in-store and online as part of The Home Depot. Although we’ve been very successful, we made of plenty of mistakes along the way and have the scars and the stories to prove it.
